Hymne à l'amour is our first organically grown white wine, a blend of Solaris and Muscat de la Birse from our Clos des Fontaines vineyard. The proportion of each grape variety varies according to the vintage. Harvested in 2019 at 93% Oe in good conditions despite the spring frost.
